People Partner, GTM

As a People Partner at Asana, you will support the AMER Sales team and CMO, operating as a business leader to shape talent transformation agendas. This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

• Build and implement department-level talent strategy initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead change management and advise functional leads on complex people situations.
• Interpret people data to identify trends and champion a data-driven culture.
• Participate in business headcount and strategic planning forums as the 'people voice.'

• Typically 6-8 years of HR experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Proven ability to navigate large-scale organizational change and influence without authority.
• Independent problem solver managing complex projects across functional and regional boundaries.
• Collaborative partner with HR Centers of Excellence; analytic mindset with commitment to mitigating biases.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies; M&A experience preferred but not required.

The estimated base salary range is between $158,000 - $180,000.
