Principal Product Marketing Manager, AI Governance

Databricks is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for AI Governance to own product marketing for the AI Governance portfolio, including Unity AI Gateway. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will define and execute marketing strategies to drive trusted AI adoption, enable sales and partners, generate pipeline, and drive developer adoption.

• Own marketing strategy and planning for AI governance products.
• Build collateral for sales, partner, and demand generation channels, including content campaigns and events.
• Create an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs to win AI governance mindshare.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to launch new products.
• Increase global reach with field marketing, industry, events, and partner organizations.
• Build customer trust and share agentic AI customer stories emphasizing governance, risk mitigation, and production readiness.

• 8+ years of technical product marketing experience in an enterprise software company.
• Experience with AI/ machine learning technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, security, and governance decision makers and builders (developers, ML engineers, platform teams).
• Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials, and always-on GTM.
• Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
• Preferred BS in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with MBA.

Pay ranges by zone: Zone 1: $193,500—$266,100 USD; Zone 2: $174,200—$239,450 USD; Zone 3: $164,500—$226,150 USD; Zone 4: $154,800—$212,850 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
