Product Manager

Product Managers build valuable products for customers by focusing engineering and design teams on the problems that matter most. Responsibilities include: using customer conversations and Mixpanel's own product data to shape strategy; aligning engineering and design teams with clear written communication; experimenting and shipping new capabilities; telling a clear story about shipped work; prioritizing across possible bets; defining and tracking metrics; aligning cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap; staying close to the market and competitive landscape; and helping shape the product function.

• 3-5 years of hands-on product management experience
• Experience doing user research and working with customers to test product hypotheses
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals
• Track record of developing, articulating, and executing product strategies
• Experience using AI tools in product management workflows (e.g., competitive research, prototyping)
• Bonus: Experience using Mixpanel as an end customer, writing production-grade software, or designing products using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Abstract

Total target cash compensation (TTCC) range: $175,000—$210,000 USD. Eligible for equity consideration and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance.
