You'll also build the foundations that enable product teams across Instacart to deliver great retailer experiences quickly, consistently, and safely. In parallel, you'll own Analytics & Insights, one of Retailer App's core products, transforming retailer data into actionable insights that help retailers grow.

About the Team

Instacart’s Enterprise Platform team is responsible for the white-label product that enables retailers of all sizes to compete online through their own ecommerce experiences. The team is focused on platform growth and long-term retailer success.

Responsibilities

  • Build a consumer-grade retailer experience: Make Retailer App intuitive, cohesive, and delightful, with seamless navigation, personalized homepages, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Drive feature discovery and adoption: Surface and merchandise the growing suite of Storefront Pro capabilities.
  • Empower retailers through self-service: Build intuitive self-service experiences for exploring, configuring, and managing storefront capabilities.
  • Enable teams to build fast and safely: Establish reusable components, templates, common UX patterns, and governance frameworks.
  • Own the end-to-end experience: Set the vision and standards for Retailer App across product teams.
  • Make performance understandable: Build intuitive analytics experiences that give retailers visibility into their commerce, content, and product performance.
  • Turn data into actionable insights: Move beyond traditional dashboards to deliver personalized, data-backed recommendations.
  • Connect insights to action: Enable retailers to act directly on recommendations through streamlined workflows, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
  • Shape the future of retailer intelligence: Build toward a proactive, intelligent experience.
  • Set product direction: Define a compelling multi-half vision and strategy.
  • Execute with speed and ownership: Independently drive complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch.
  • Lead across teams: Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build in deep partnership: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and other product teams.
  • Stay close to customers: Engage directly with leading enterprise retailers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience using AI to create more intelligent, proactive, or automated product experiences.
