- Develop and evolve positioning, messaging, and value propositions for buyer personas across commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Maintain messaging frameworks and positioning documents as the single source of truth.
- Own a segment of sales enablement: build assets (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, objection-handling guides) and training.
- Turn customer proof, wins, and references into evidence that sharpens messaging and fuels the funnel.
- Serve as the internal voice of the market, translating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends into recommendations.
- Define and track metrics that prove product marketing's impact, including pipeline influenced, win rates, sales asset utilization, feature adoption, and time-to-first-value.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product marketing experience ideally in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure with a proven track record of driving measurable GTM success.
- Expertise in product positioning and messaging frameworks, with ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value for B2B audiences.
- Strong sales enablement experience with concrete examples of creating assets that improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size.
- Project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and tracking performance data.
- Self-starter mentality who thrives in ambiguity.
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS categories.
