Program Manager

Airbnb is seeking a Program Manager to join the Community Support Team within Global Operations. In this role, you will implement large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive strategic goals, serving as a bridge between Community Support, Marketing, Creative, Product/Platform, Design, Engineering, Policy, and Comms teams. You will deliver end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of initiatives to support Airbnb's product, hosts, and guests.

• Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish strategic alignment and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute program plans and schedules to achieve performance metrics.
• Navigate obstacles, negotiate changes, and assess business risk to make trade-off recommendations.
• Champion the CS Program Management Office (PMO) ways of working and produce executive-ready documents and presentations.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of broad experience in customer service across contact center operations, digital support, and contact center technology.
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Understanding of technology use cases in customer service and contact centers.
• Ability to create detailed project plans, business cases, and compelling executive presentations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and work in a global environment.

Base pay range: $156,000—$193,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. You must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or offsites as agreed with your manager.
