Business Operations and Growth Lead

Airbnb is seeking a Business Operations and Growth Lead to join the Global Markets Team within the Chief Business Officer organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional leaders to scale community growth and optimization-focused programs, reporting to the Director, Programs and Business Operations.

• Align all functions to achieve Americas regional business objectives in partnership with the Director, Regional Business Operations and Growth.
• Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from defining problem statements to driving solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive regular business operation meetings and lead weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams (field & online operations, marketing, product, legal).
• Use all available data sources and tools to analyze macro and micro trends, presenting insights and actionable plans to country and regional leadership.
• Assist in owning the performance narrative for key metrics and deliver stories to senior leaders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, business analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven bias to action and ability to own projects from conception through post-mortem.
• Ability to work in uncertainty and ambiguity, creating clarity from chaos.
• Familiarity with AI, AI data analysis, and AI tools is considered an asset.
• World-class written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present at all levels.
• Proven track record of storytelling, influencing, and rallying diverse cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to dive into details and also zoom out to contextualize recommendations within broader company strategy.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document processes and decisions.
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
• Comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel is a must; SQL proficiency strongly preferred.

Base pay range: $168,000—$203,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager. You must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; some states are excluded.
