Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences. The Business Operations and Growth Lead will work within the Global Markets Team, reporting to the Director, Programs and Business Operations, to scale community growth and optimization programs.
Responsibilities
- Align functions to achieve Americas regional business objectives.
- Own conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive regular business operation meetings and lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data to present insights and actionable plans to leadership.
- Assist in owning performance narratives for key metrics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience with data-modeling, business analytics, and project management.
- Bias to action and ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
- SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $168,000—$203,000 USD. Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Location
US Remote Eligible, with state exclusions.
