Recruiter, GTM

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter to join its Business Recruiting team, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) roles. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, responsible for identifying great talent, telling the Datadog story, and turning candidates into employees. You will shape the candidate experience and impact how fast the company grows.

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match open roles
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean data for reporting
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome

• Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting, with 5+ years either in-house or in a staffing agency environment
• A sourcing master in identifying where top talent lives
• Autonomous with the ability to work independently on multiple positions
• Exceptional at selling value proposition, negotiating, and closing candidates
• Skilled at operating with urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
• Able to navigate an ever-changing process

The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $98,000—$130,000 USD. Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
