Recruiter, GTM

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter to join its Business Recruiting team, focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) roles. This position is the first point of contact for candidates, responsible for identifying top talent, telling the Datadog story, and converting candidates into employees. The role operates in a hybrid workplace, with offices in Boston, MA and New York, NY.

• Source qualified talent via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with open roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes by training interview teams.
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress, resurface talent, and maintain clean data for reporting.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience regardless of outcome.

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
• Proven sourcing expertise to identify where top talent resides.
• Autonomous with the ability to work independently on multiple positions.
• Exceptional at selling value propositions, negotiating, and closing candidates.
• Skilled at operating with urgency throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Able to navigate an ever-changing process.

The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $98,000—$130,000 USD.
