About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Set collection policy for identity signals
  • Improve verification program health
  • Own access policy for hard cases, including geographic restrictions and reseller arrangements
  • Run the operational queue for access-control cases, authoring playbooks and QA'ing scaled review output
  • Work with Legal, Public Policy, and Privacy stakeholders
  • Coordinate enforcement consistency with third-party platform partners
  • Keep up with emerging AI policy enforcement best practices
  • Stand up graduated enforcement in practice

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy work
  • Hands-on operational experience owning or quality-checking live enforcement queues
  • Subject matter expertise in KYC, identity verification, age or identity assurance, or verification program operations
  • Experience navigating evolving regulatory landscapes (e.g., DSA, GDPR)
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy partners
  • Comfort using data (SQL or similar tools)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment on ambiguous cases

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with graduated/tiered enforcement systems
  • Experience with geographic access restrictions, sanctions screening, or reseller/channel policy
  • Experience building or scaling a contractor review bench
  • Deep interest in AI safety
  • Experience writing effective prompts for generative AI systems
