Senior Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategic insight, working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Data Engineering, and Finance to analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives across the funnel.

• Contribute to GTM strategies for new product launches or market entries
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies
• Identify performance gaps and propose data-backed recommendations
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs with Sales Leadership and RevOps
• Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation
• Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion studies, and sales cycle analysis
• Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify rep skill gaps and training opportunities
• Use AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots, workflow automation) to accelerate analysis and build an AI-driven RevOps function
• Build and maintain predictive forecasting and long-range revenue models

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, strategy, business operations, or related analytics role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, BI tools
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in management consulting, PE, B2B SaaS, Cloud, or high-growth tech is a plus
• AI-first mindset, high agency, and bias to action

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
