Sales Development Rep- Hiring Multiple Headcount

Honeycomb is an observability platform for teams building and managing software. They are a fully distributed company, named to Forbes' America's Best Startups of 2022 and 2023.

As part of Honeycomb's Revenue Development organization, the Sales Development Rep spearheads outbound motion, partnering with Account Executives to create qualified pipeline in high-potential accounts. This is a remote-first role.

• Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound cadences (email, call, social, video) to exceed monthly SQL quota.
• Perform deep account and stakeholder research to craft persona-specific value propositions.
• Lead discovery conversations to quantify business impact and set up multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Own territory hygiene, monitor dashboards (Salesforce, LinkedIn, outreach tools), and maintain data integrity.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, channels, and offers; scale winning plays.
• Mentor junior SDRs and facilitate enablement sessions.
• Surface feedback to Product, Marketing, and RevOps.

• 1+ years of high-impact outbound SDR/BDR experience in fast-growing SaaS, ideally in observability or developer tooling.
• Proven track record of SQL quota attainment and net-new logo generation.
• Expertise with modern sales stack: Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce.
• Fluency in MEDDPICC, COM, Challenger frameworks.
• Data-driven approach and mastery of pipeline analytics.
• Ability to coach peers and thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment.

OTE: $95,000 USD (Base + Commission). Base Salary: $65,000 USD.
