Senior Business Analyst

The Revenue Strategy & Analytics team seeks a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. Responsibilities include:

• Strategic collaboration with Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics shaping revenue strategy.
• Building AI-ready data foundations: develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for traditional dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
• Translating insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings.
• Driving operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
• Partnering with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in online marketing and advertising industry preferred.

Base salary range: $167,500—$234,500 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and possibly commission.
