Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Elastic, you will drive growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities for the sales pipeline. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, execute campaigns, and generate pipeline across your territory. You will engage inbound and outbound prospects through a multi-channel approach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, and AI-powered tools to research accounts and personalize outreach. You will develop a strong understanding of the Elastic platform and its AI-powered solutions to articulate business value.

• Fluency in French and English
• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required; early-career professionals are welcome
• Strong drive to succeed and desire to build a career in sales
