Security Technical Program Manager

As a Security Technical Program Manager, you will be the connective tissue across the Security organization, driving strategy, programs, and operational rhythms. You will define how Security plans, measures itself, communicates progress, and executes on its biggest bets.

• Lead high-impact cross-functional special projects, from standing up new security capabilities to company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, translating multi-year security strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
• Drive prioritization and communication of security asks across stakeholders.
• Define and own the Security team's KPI framework, covering risk posture, program health, and strategic goal progress.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership visibility.
• Establish and improve operating cadences (All Hands, program reviews, OKR check-ins).
• Act as a thought partner to security leadership on org design and process improvement.

• 8+ years of TPM experience, with meaningful time in a security context (security engineering, GRC, product security, infra security).
• Strong understanding of security and ability to engage technical teams and communicate to executives.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs from ambiguous inception through delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to influence without authority.
• High autonomy — you create structure rather than waiting for it.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Estimated base salary range: $194,000-$220,000. Additional components may include equity and benefits.
