Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
  • Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience working within SOX-controlled environments.
  • Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $153,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Total rewards include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
