About the role
Twilio is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell into high-value Enterprise prospects and existing customers with ARR under $50k, driving new customer acquisition and ACV for a specific set of accounts. The role involves sourcing new customers, driving the sales process from internal leads to closing deals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own new customer acquisition and drive ACV for assigned accounts.
- Master pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
- Build trust with technical and business audiences.
- Balance multiple projects and deals simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record of closing complex solutions.
- Experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
- Proven success selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, or enterprise software.
- Experience with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
- Quota-driven environment with ability to close high-value deals (six to seven figures).
- Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Prospecting and lead generation skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Location and travel
This role is remote and based in the UK or Ireland. A minimum of 25% travel is anticipated for in-person customer and team connections.
