Role Summary
The Senior Associate, Pricing & Commercial Operations partners with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Product to develop and deliver processes and frameworks around pricing strategy and execution, including building the Deal Desk to accelerate revenue while meeting margin targets.
Responsibilities
- Balance revenue vs. margin goals across products, channels, segments, and geographies.
- Develop scalable processes and high-performance teams for deal types from multi-million dollar to small/midsize deals.
- Review discount approval requests and analyze competitive dynamics deal-by-deal to maximize gross margin.
- Monitor sales incentive programs and drive independent projects to find and scale revenue/margin opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-oriented function.
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
- Strong quantitative capabilities at portfolio and deal level.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams.
- Bonus: experience selling or pricing enterprise products; experience using agentic AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate business processes or create internal tools.
Compensation
Estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $140,000—$165,000 USD, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
