Senior Business Value Engineer

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Business Value Engineer to define, articulate, and quantify business value across our products and services.

• Customer Insights: Collaborate with customers to uncover growth opportunities through personalized storytelling.
• Value Quantification: Develop compelling ROI/TCO models that identify value areas driven by new products, emerging trends, and market challenges.
• GTM Enablement: Enable pre/post sales teams through training, content development, and support.
• Value Storytelling: Partner with cross-functional teams to create a unified narrative showcasing Grafana's value proposition.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to define business value.

• 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and create compelling customer-facing stories.
• Experience partnering with GTM leaders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Finance).
• Bonus: 3+ years of Observability experience with open source tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.

Compensation & Rewards: In Germany, the OTE compensation range is EUR 137,000 - EUR 164,500. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
