Senior Compensation Manager

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization. This role will support Executive, VP and Director level leaders and their HRBP Partners as the primary day-to-day compensation resource. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for new hire offers, internal equity reviews, leveling decisions, and out-of-cycle requests; owning compensation cycle execution for customer client groups end-to-end; leading competitive intelligence for roles by conducting market research on compensation trends; developing benchmarking methodologies; partnering with Recruiting and People partners; and owning or leading global projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of compensation expertise, a proven track record as a compensation business partner, strong knowledge of third-party survey methodologies (e.g., Radford and WTW), and experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives. Preferred experience includes working at a high-growth technology company and experience in both compensation business partner and program roles. This role can be based out of MongoDB's offices or remotely in the United States.
