Senior Fullstack Product Software Engineer, Web Experience

Dropbox is hiring a Senior Fullstack Product Software Engineer for its Browse & Navigate Web Experience team. In this role you will own and evolve customer-facing web experiences and supporting systems behind Browse, Navigate, Preview, and related workflows, leading ambiguous multi-phase work from technical discovery and design through rollout and operational ownership. Responsibilities include designing scalable web experiences, services, APIs, and data models; making architecture and scope tradeoffs; improving observability, testing, incident readiness, and on-call health; using approved AI and automation tools; and mentoring. Many teams run on-call rotations requiring availability during core and non-core business hours.

Requirements include 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong frontend skills with TypeScript or JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React, and experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++. Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale content, file, collaboration, or productivity systems; deep React and TypeScript experience; and AI-assisted product experiences.
