Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager

Reddit is looking for a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join the Central Operations team. In this role, you will be the technical engine behind the data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, designing and implementing workflows that automate the reporting ecosystem to ensure sales teams have the insights they need without manual overhead. You will bridge high-level strategy and technical execution, working across a sophisticated tool stack to solve real-world operational challenges.

• Execute technical builds within and across core tools (such as BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, and others) to achieve automated reporting objectives.
• Lead the design and development of data models and robust pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Align reporting builds with measurable business objectives, such as saving Account Managers time.
• Establish governance with Product Owners to define best practice recipes for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and advocate for new technologies and processes that enhance the data platform.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing complex, performant queries and understanding query optimization.
• Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go) for building data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data-driven solutions.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; this role requires an owner, not a coordinator.

• Experience in digital advertising.
• Experience in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with sales tools and technology that improve seller efficiency, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

Base salary range: $167,500—$234,500 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and possibly commission.
