Senior Implementation Engineer

The Customer Success team supports Docker Hub, the largest container registry service. This role focuses on guiding customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth provisioning, and maintaining high customer satisfaction during transitions between teams.

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to refine onboarding operations.
• Guide customers through initial journey points and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Iterate on strategies and automations to streamline workflows and tooling.
• Contribute to the team knowledge base and execute day-to-day onboarding strategies.
• Ensure smooth transitions between CS, Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams.
• Build strong customer relationships throughout the onboarding and migration journey.
• Maintain target metrics related to provisioning, onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.

• Minimum 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-grad experience working with external customers.
• Direct customer-facing, professional client/customer onboarding experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of adapting and learning about cutting-edge technologies.
