Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to execute customer onboarding initiatives, guiding customers through a smooth and seamless onboarding process. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, ensuring timely provisioning, and maintaining high customer satisfaction during internal transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to establish and refine onboarding operations.
  • Guide customers through initial journey points and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Iterate and improve strategies and automations to streamline workflows and tooling.
  • Contribute to the team knowledge base and execute day-to-day onboarding strategies with rapid execution.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between CS, Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout onboarding and migration.
  • Maintain target metrics related to provisioning, onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-grad experience working with external customers in a similar customer onboarding/implementation engineering role.
  • Direct customer-facing, professional client/customer onboarding experience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of adapting and learning about cutting-edge technologies.

Compensation & Equity

EU: €71.4K – €102K + equity.
