Samsara is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst & Litigation Project Manager to join its Legal team, supporting the litigation function by operationalizing and managing technical and procedural responses to third-party requests for data, such as subpoenas and eDiscovery demands.
In this role, you will:
- Lead operational verification, technical scoping, and execution of initial responses to subpoenas and legal requests for customer data.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft and champion legal and operational policies for responding to subpoenas and protecting customer data.
- Monitor legal and legislative developments and implement strategies.
- Direct the eDiscovery lifecycle, including legal holds, data collections, and quality control.
- Act as a central project manager for active litigation portfolios, using data-driven insights to optimize workflows.
Minimum requirements include 8+ years of experience in data disclosure management and litigation project management, strong project management skills, operational experience with legal frameworks like the Stored Communications Act and ECPA, and hands-on eDiscovery experience.
The annual base salary range is $92,820—$124,800 USD, with eligibility for an initial RSU grant and ongoing refresh opportunities. Samsara offers a flexible remote model, professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more.
