Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting accountant to join our Finance team. This role involves executing key aspects of financial reporting processes, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and supporting reporting systems. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, you will maintain robust reporting frameworks, prepare financial statements, support external audits, and drive continuous improvement.

• Prepare and review external financial reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual statements, ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Conduct technical accounting research for complex transactions (ASC 718, 815, 842) and support new accounting standards.
• Support Workiva implementation and operation for reporting and controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support ICFR design.
• Partner with Finance Systems for ERP integration.
• Develop accounting policies and collaborate with Legal, Tax, and other teams.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA license or actively pursuing.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Expertise in US GAAP; SEC reporting a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workiva or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Workday Financials a plus.
• Experience with SOX compliance and external auditors.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; Python or SQL a plus.

Annual salary: $190,000—$230,000 USD.
