Senior Manager, Product Solutions Architecture

Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era, providing unified visibility across the technology stack. The Product Solution Architecture team works closely with customers, Product management, engineering, and Tech Solutions teams to architect and implement Datadog solutions.

• Manage a team of expert individual contributors working with Engineering and Product Management.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent.
• Mentor and coach new hires during onboarding.
• Ensure team alignment to company initiatives and enable collaboration with stakeholders.
• Deliver performance reviews and execute individual development plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management with field experience.
• Offer guidance on architecture, data collection, and best practices to enterprise customers.
• Participate in executive brief conversations about architecture and observability best practices.

• 10+ years of experience solving complex problems for customers with strong observability knowledge.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience influencing key stakeholders (VPs, C-level) in large organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in the monitoring market domain, competition, and technological shifts.
• Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
• Experience recruiting individual contributors and front-line leaders.

Compensation: The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $211,000—$281,000 USD.
