The Product Solution Architecture team works closely with customers, Product management, engineering, and Tech Solutions teams to architect and implement Datadog solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of expert individual contributors working with Engineering and Product Management.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Mentor and coach new hires during onboarding.
- Ensure team alignment to company initiatives and enable collaboration with stakeholders.
- Deliver performance reviews and execute individual development plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management with field experience.
- Offer guidance on architecture, data collection, and best practices to enterprise customers.
- Participate in executive brief conversations about architecture and observability best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience solving complex problems for customers with strong observability knowledge.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience influencing key stakeholders (VPs, C-level) in large organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in the monitoring market domain, competition, and technological shifts.
- Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
- Experience recruiting individual contributors and front-line leaders.
Compensation: The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $211,000—$281,000 USD.
