Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, SOX-Business Process to design, implement, and maintain an effective internal control environment over financial reporting (ICFR). This role reports to the Senior Director of SOX.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's SOX program for business process controls.
  • Collaborate with process owners to design, implement, and maintain effective controls.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and automation.
  • Work with co-source service providers to ensure timely completion of SOX program.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual SOX risk assessment, control scoping, and testing strategy.
  • Drive remediation efforts for control deficiencies.
  • Report findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of SOX compliance experience, preferably in Big 4 and in-house internal audit/SOX leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing SOX compliance programs in a pre-IPO or newly public high-growth technology company.
  • Deep understanding of COSO, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with Workiva.

Compensation

Base salary range: $135,000 - $198,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
