Senior Platform Manager, Trust and Safety

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Platform Manager to join the Trust & Safety team, focused on reducing safety incidents such as interpersonal harm and illegal activities. You will identify customer pain points, define and deliver products that help create a safe and trusted community, and shape the future of hospitality and travel.

• Create vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms.
• Lead cross-functional working groups of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts.
• Maintain product backlog and roadmap, and own prioritization based on business value and customer impact.
• Define goals and success with measurable objectives and key results.
• Build alignment across product teams and leadership, and present roadmap and status.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward buy/build/partner proposals.
• Develop short-term plans aligned with long-term goals to iteratively build platform capabilities.

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Prior product, operation, or engineering experience in trust, safety, risk, or fraud.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building machine learning products or technical product management.
• Experience in design and hypothesis-driven product development.
• Entrepreneurial drive and exceptional collaboration skills.

Base pay range: $179,000—$207,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager. You must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; some states are excluded.
