Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager

Twilio is seeking a Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager to drive pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution for enterprise and account-led monetization initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Price Realization Strategy, you will shape strategic pricing and discounting frameworks, build executive-facing dashboards, and optimize revenue performance across the product portfolio.

• Architect and execute price optimization models blending price elasticity, competitive differentiation, and financial analysis.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, and Finance to design monetization levers, renewal strategies, and concession frameworks.
• Own design and scaling of advanced pricing analytics dashboards (Tableau/Looker) and operational workflows.
• Query and analyze complex datasets across sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financials to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Comms.

• 8+ years in pricing, monetization, Deal Desk, or RevOps within B2B IaaS/PaaS/CPaaS or enterprise sales.
• 4+ years building production-level analytics dashboards with Tableau or Looker; strong SQL skills.
• Experience supporting large-deal sales motions, structuring renewals, managing margin performance, or designing discount frameworks.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for account-level unit economics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field or equivalent experience.

• Deep understanding of consumption-based, usage-driven business models in B2B developer-focused or CPaaS landscape.
• Experience designing margin-recovery programs or platform-level account pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced statistical tools.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or quantitative discipline.

Pay ranges vary by location: $141,520-$176,900 (CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, VT, DC); $149,840-$187,300 (NY, NJ, WA, CA outside SF Bay); $166,400-$208,000 (SF Bay Area). Eligible for equity and corporate bonus. Benefits include health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.

Remote in the US, but not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Occasional travel for team meetings.
