Senior Principal Program Manager, GTM Excellence

We're looking for a Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations organization. In this executive-facing role, you will lead large-scale strategic initiatives, owning end-to-end processes, transforming methodologies, and evolving systems, data, and products.

• Manage Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles and prepare decision-ready documents for monthly engagements with executive leadership, including the CRO and COO.
• Own end-to-end buy cycle processes, including pipeline, forecasting methodologies, campaign planning, credit checks, credit limits, application, and invoicing.
• Engage with C-suite and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Product to drive execution.
• Break down ambiguous opportunities, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and implement change management across sales spaces.

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations, or a related field.
• Background in Digital Media companies (platform + agency experience highly preferred).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and lead change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.

• Startup experience, strong strategy & operations foundation, expertise in root cause analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Familiarity with sales tools and technology, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Deep forecasting experience, including managing and transforming forecasting processes and the full RFP-to-invoice lifecycle.

Base salary range: $180,200—$313,000 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and potentially commission.
