Senior Product Designer, Client Engagement

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Client Engagement Group (CEG), the suite of tools that helps entrepreneurs understand, manage, and grow their customer relationships. CEG spans CRM and Automations, including the Contacts experience and the Automations engine.

• Simplify complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
• Design for real business logic, handling triggers, conditions, branching workflows, and customer data.
• Lead data visualization to surface audience growth, customer health, and engagement metrics.
• Think end-to-end across the seller journey.
• Prototype motion and state with high-fidelity prototypes.
• Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Drive craft and systems, contributing to scalable frameworks.

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing complex systems.
• Systems thinker who designs at scale.
• Visual and information design expertise.
• Figma expert with scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong communicator.
• User-first approach.

Cash compensation range: €93,000 - €143,000 EUR. Eligible for stock option grant.
