Senior Product Manager, AI Agents Experience

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the Agents Experience team in San Francisco. In this role, you will define how humans and AI agents work together inside Asana and make collaborating with agents feel natural, trustworthy, and indispensable. You will join the Product Management team, which drives Asana's product strategy and works cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing.

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the core agent experience.
• Drive agent adoption by owning how teams discover, activate, and build lasting habits around AI agents.
• Partner with design and user research to refine core interactions for creating, directing, reviewing, and giving feedback to agents.
• Lead discovery, pilots, and betas with enterprise customers to understand adoption and translate insights into product strategy.
• Shape experiences that let humans confidently delegate work to agents, including transparency, control, and feedback loops.
• Define engagement metrics, instrument tracking, and iterate continuously.

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI products, collaboration software, or enterprise workflows.
• Proven ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences in partnership with design and user research.
• Customer-facing track record with enterprise customers and ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools as a daily user, with informed opinions about human-agent collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building products for specific verticals, or background in product-led growth or 0→1 products, is a plus.

The estimated base salary range is between $202,000 - $230,000. Actual base salary varies based on market and individual qualifications. Additional components may include equity and benefits.
