Senior Product Manager, Community Support Experience

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Community Support Experience platform. This role is part of the Community Experience Platform team, responsible for major experience platforms that power Airbnb's support experiences. The PM will lead high-profile projects, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and drive the vision for support journeys from first contact to resolution.

• Define a winning product strategy and create a sound roadmap.
• Align vision, OKRs, strategy, and roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Prioritize work based on inputs from many stakeholders, while being flexible to iterate/change.
• Maintain product backlog and product roadmap.
• Partner with senior tech leads and execute the vision with cross-functional leaders.
• Present product roadmap and status to leadership on an ongoing basis.
• Understand the competitive landscape and challenge the status quo.
• Influence design and product marketing teams and inspire people towards a unified outcome.
• Define success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience (at least 5 out of 8 years in a product management role).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to adapt style for different audiences.
• Ability to appreciate and articulate great user experience.
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Outcome-oriented, articulates desired outcomes and works collaboratively to achieve them.
• Experience working with partners beyond one's immediate cross-functional team.
• Radical thinking paired with strong execution.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager. You must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. Check the up-to-date list of excluded states.

Base pay range: $179,000—$207,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
