Grafana Labs is the company behind the open observability cloud. We are a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define the vision and roadmap for Infra O11y
- Conduct customer discovery and gather user needs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build delightful products
- Work with Product Marketing to enable GTM and product differentiation
- Make decisions on pricing, packaging, and licensing
What Makes You a Great Fit
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS
- Experience with developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with open source software
- Experience with observability products or developer tools
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs
- Experience with AI tools
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation range: GBP 91,755 - 110,106. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). We offer 30 days annual leave and a remote-first culture.
