As the Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y), you will own the vision and roadmap for Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability, balancing net-new initiatives like Host Monitoring with mature product improvements. You will drive customer discovery, build consensus across engineering groups, and collaborate with GTM on pricing and packaging.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
- Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence for tradeoffs
- Work with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation
- Use deep product expertise to decide go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years in Product Management
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies
- Experience using or building observability products or developer tools
- Proficient with infrastructure concepts like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs
- Experience with AI tools
Compensation
Base compensation range for this role in Spain is EUR 82,988 - 99,586. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
