Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

As the Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y), you will own the vision and roadmap for Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability, balancing net-new initiatives like Host Monitoring with mature product improvements. You will drive customer discovery, build consensus across engineering groups, and collaborate with GTM on pricing and packaging.

• Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
• Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence for tradeoffs
• Work with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation
• Use deep product expertise to decide go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years in Product Management
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies
• Experience using or building observability products or developer tools
• Proficient with infrastructure concepts like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs
• Experience with AI tools

Base compensation range for this role in Spain is EUR 82,988 - 99,586. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
