About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Revenue and Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities, partnering across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Program Management to improve the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain the Revenue/OTC product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release priorities.
  • Build deep expertise in NetSuite and surrounding revenue systems, including billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, close, and ERP integrations.
  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead prioritization across competing Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales needs.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs such as billing accuracy, DSO, and close cycle time.
  • Own end-to-end revenue workflows, including order capture, billing, collections, renewals, and close.
  • Provide product oversight for revenue controls, data definitions, and integrations.
  • Communicate product decisions and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and executives.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise business systems.
  • Strong experience with Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, or adjacent revenue and finance processes.
  • Hands-on understanding of NetSuite-based billing and revenue operations, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery teams as a Product Owner or equivalent.
  • Strong data analysis and metrics skills, including defining revenue and close-related KPIs.
  • Experience managing complex integrations, data models, and dependencies across enterprise revenue platforms.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Architecture.
