Staff Product Manager

As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will own Grafana Labs offerings that run outside the standard multi-tenant SaaS, including Grafana Federal Cloud (for FedRAMP-authorized observability) and Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC). Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS due to compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. You will adapt existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, decide which features come in, and help shape future deployment models. You will use AI tools daily to speed up research and analyze product signals.

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana BYOC and Federal Cloud products, balancing customer value against engineering cost.
• Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation, partnering with Product Marketing on launches and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity.
• Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals; brief partners, resellers, and analysts.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal on product changes affecting authorization or customer commitments.

• 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model (self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.
• Clear product and go-to-market judgment.
• Interest in working with US public sector customers.
• Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent communication in a remote, globally distributed organization.

• Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers.
• Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks (FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, SecNumCloud) or offerings (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, GCP Sovereign Cloud).
• Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, or data-intensive infrastructure products.
• Experience with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners.
• Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies.

In the UK, the base compensation range is GBP 117,949 - GBP 141,539. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Grafana Labs offers 30 days of annual leave per annum, with 3 days reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days. The company is 100% remote with a global culture.
