Senior Product Manager, Project & Task Experience

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, helping millions of teams achieve their goals. The Product Management team drives product strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team that enables customers to turn work into concrete plans. This team owns core surfaces including Pages, projects, list views, and My Tasks, spanning both 0→1 experiences and deep improvements to workflows used by millions of teams. The role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

• Set strategy for a program or large workstream within our core planning experience
• Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-month initiatives, from problem definition through launch
• Scope tight MVPs and prioritize rigorously
• Facilitate complex, multi-team alignment
• Connect regularly with customers to guide strategy
• Mentor other product managers

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of driving end-user features
• Experience shipping multi-month, end-to-end initiatives requiring cross-team coordination
• Understanding of how large organizations work and ability to shape product decisions around complexity
• Systems thinker comfortable reasoning about platform changes
• Strong cross-functional communicator
• Growth mindset and active mentorship
• Background at a work management company or enterprise SaaS is a plus

Compensation: The estimated base salary range is $202,000 - $230,000, with additional components such as equity and benefits.
