Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Eversight

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry. Eversight, part of Instacart, builds data insights and analytics platforms for CPGs and Retailers. We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and run end-to-end revenue operations across our Commercial organization (Sales and Customer Success), spanning CPG and Retail. This is a build-and-own role: you'll identify business needs, bring recommendations, and drive completion. You'll report to the Director of Sales Capabilities & Strategy and partner with commercial leadership, Strategic Finance, and Brand Partnerships.

In your first year, you'll standardize reporting and forecasting models, build dashboards for Sales and Customer Success, fix operational gaps, implement AI tools and workflow automations, and build trusted relationships.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar in a SaaS company; experience in CPG/Retail preferred; ability to analyze complex data; fluency in AI tools; experience with SQL and Tableau; excellent communication; self-starter.

Preferred: MBA, working knowledge of Salesforce and Planhat, understanding of CPG trade promotion and Retail Merchandising.

This is a remote role in the US. Base pay ranges from $142,000 to $179,500 depending on location. Eligible for equity grants.
