Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Eversight

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry. Eversight, part of Instacart, builds next-generation data insights and analytics platforms for CPGs and retailers.

We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and run end-to-end revenue operations across our Commercial organization (Sales and Customer Success), spanning both CPG and Retail. This is a build-and-own role, not a request-response one. You will report directly to the Director of Sales Capabilities & Strategy.

• Standardize reporting and forecasting models across CPG and Retail.
• Build dashboards for Sales and Customer Success to track pipeline, renewal rate, expansion, and churn risk.
• Identify and fix operational gaps, tied to measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, data integrity, or process efficiency.
• Build and ship AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to eliminate manual reporting and data cleanup.
• Build trusted operational relationships and document processes.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar within a SaaS company; proven ability to analyze complex data; fluent in using AI tools and workflow automations; experience with SQL and Tableau; exceptional communication; self-starter.

Preferred: MBA; working knowledge of Salesforce and Planhat; understanding of CPG trade promotion, pricing, and revenue growth management; understanding of Retail Merchandising.

Base pay range for Canadian candidates: CAN$140,000—$147,500 CAD. Eligible for new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.

Remote within Canada, only in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
