Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US. The position involves owning technically complex, mission-critical areas, defining technical strategy, and shipping full-stack features end to end. You will work across backend, frontend, and potentially mobile to deliver AI-powered products that solve real operational problems.

• Take ownership of technically complex, mission-critical areas and run with them.
• Define and drive technical strategy for new products and platform capabilities, from backend services and APIs to customer-facing UI.
• Design and ship full-stack features end to end, working across backend, frontend, and potentially mobile.
• Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans.
• Build and scale systems behind AI-driven products, including data ingestion, APIs, and workflows.
• Raise the bar through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentorship.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software design and development, including building and operating production systems at scale.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend services, APIs, and frontend (web or mobile).
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-team or cross-org projects from inception through rollout.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Annual base salary range: $154,700—$260,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance.
