Senior Software Engineer on the Platform & Infrastructure Engineering team, owning reliability and performance of a Kubernetes-based data platform.

• Architect and operate highly available, multi-region systems
• Scale infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen security
• Build, test, and manage production-ready scalable systems

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent)
• 7+ years in Platform/Infrastructure Engineering or distributed systems
• Experience with data platforms (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Flink)
• Deep Kubernetes expertise
• CI/CD experience (Argo CD, GitHub Actions)
• Ownership of mission-critical systems (≥99.99% uptime)
• Distributed systems, databases, backend APIs
• Multi-region, active-active architectures
• Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• IaC (Helm, Terraform, Pulumi)
• Cloud-native security
• Preferred: compliance (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX), internal developer platforms

Base salary: $182,000 - $242,000. Plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.
