Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and optimize ETL pipelines
- Design data schemas for 10x data growth
- Own data quality, governance, schema design, and security
- Develop scalable data architecture and standardized data models for self-serve insights using AI
- Own ETL workflows and ensure pipeline quality and availability
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and DevOps teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years transforming data into governed datasets
- 5+ years building and deploying production-quality data pipelines
- 5+ years working with stakeholders for business insights
- 5+ years with SQL, Spark, AWS Glue, EMR, Airflow, Python
- 3+ years with MPP databases like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Teradata
- Track record of partnerships with Analytics, Data Science, and DevOps
- Understanding of data pipeline metrics and visibility solutions
- Participation in on-call rotation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $164,000 - $227,000. Full-time employees are eligible for bonus, competitive equity, and benefits. Benefits include commuter benefits, wellness stipend, paid parental leave (up to 22 weeks for birthing parents, 12 for non-birthing), family planning reimbursement, and more.
