Senior Solution Architect

The Senior Solution Architect will own the technical sales motion on mid-market to enterprise accounts across AMER, partnering with sales to drive deals forward. Responsibilities include leading discovery, solution design, technical conversations, driving technical wins, defining success criteria, running POCs, navigating competitive evaluations, engaging with engineering leaders, translating customer environments into architectures, leveraging AI tools, instrumenting applications, contributing to technical library, delivering demos/workshops, collaborating across teams, and bringing customer signals back.

Qualifications: 5+ years of pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS with a highly technical ICP, with a focus on enterprise or mid-market accounts. Track record of winning competitive deals, experience selling into developer/platform/SRE/engineering-led organizations, strong executive presence, sharp solutioning skills, hands-on fluency across modern cloud environments, CSPs, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures. Solid working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry. Comfort navigating code across common languages and frameworks. Experience owning POCs and technical evaluations. Collaborative mindset. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message is a plus. Willingness to travel ~20%.

Compensation: On Target Earnings (OTE) based on level of experience (Base + Commission) $185,500—$225,000 USD.
