Senior Solution Engineer, Retail & Consumer Goods

Snowflake is powering the era of the agentic enterprise, seeking AI-native thinkers. We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to work with sales and channel partners, understand customer needs, strategize winning sales cycles, provide value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and close business.

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate and communicate value throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products.

• 7-8 years of industry experience with minimum 5 years in pre-sales.
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Broad experience with large-scale Database/Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Fabric).
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
• Ability to connect customer business problems to Snowflake solutions.
• University degree in CS, engineering, math or equivalent preferred; Masters in Data Science or MBA a plus.
• Experience with GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture) beneficial.
• Approximately 30% travel.

$165,000 – $216,562 per year.
