About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect inside the Solutions Center of Excellence, you will serve as a strategic, technical partner in complex enterprise sales cycles, managing large technical projects and influencing product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for Tier 1 accounts.
- Own technical POCs and MVPs proving Asana's platform value.
- Create technical guides, demo assets, and training programs.
- Influence R&D roadmap for API and AI capabilities.
- Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams.
- Identify repeatable patterns and turn them into global assets.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering on platform strategy.
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Consulting).
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js; RESTful APIs; serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep understanding of enterprise tech ecosystems (CRM, iPaaS, Cloud Hosting).
- Passion for AI/LLMs.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $155,000 - $175,000. Plus equity, variable bonus, and benefits including mental health/wellness/fitness, retirement plans, and office meals.
