Senior Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team (EMEA). In this role, you will partner with our Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, own technical engagements with customers, deliver product and technical presentations, and feed customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy
• Own technical engagement and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge and technical credibility
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Communicate customer feedback on products and the competitive landscape
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement material

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership for complex assignments
• First-class written and oral communication skills
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
• Must be located in Sweden

Bonus points for experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space, and sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.

Compensation: OTE range for this role in Sweden is SEK 1,119,000 - SEK 1,400,000. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
