Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge to power intelligent applications and AI systems. As a Senior Solutions Engineer on the regional go-to-market team, you will partner with sales executives to showcase the value of the graph data platform and manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle across industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Technology, and Life Sciences.

What You’ll Do

  • Articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor.
  • Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria.
  • Build rapport with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Co-create reference and solution architectures, integrating Neo4j with existing architectures and applications in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.
  • Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and third-party integrations.
  • Distill customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Participate in account-based marketing events and industry conferences.
  • Travel as needed to support deal creation and closure.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant).
  • Experience with data technologies in enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
  • Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph) is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases, and at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI is a plus.
  • Track record in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for learning new technologies, especially graphs.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual On Target Earnings range: $200,000—$265,000 USD. US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Standard benefits include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
