Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, GTM

Docker is a remote-first developer tools company trusted by over 20 million monthly users. The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, GTM will partner with global Sales, Marketing, and Support organizations to drive FP&A processes, including headcount and opex management, forecasting, scenario modeling, and business reviews. Responsibilities include owning quota/capacity models, pipeline/waterfall models, TAM analysis, unit economics, and supporting compensation plan design. The role requires 5+ years of FP&A experience supporting GTM teams, advanced Excel, SQL, and hands-on AI tool usage (e.g., Claude, LLMs). Experience with Salesforce, Sigma/BI, NetSuite, and FP&A platforms (Pigment) is required. Compensation: US $124,250–$177,500 + equity; Canada CA$169,278–CA$241,820 + equity.
