- Own the roadmap, sequence work, make prioritization calls, and define success for AI-driven engineering productivity.
- Partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows that solve real developer pain.
- Run programs end to end, coordinating across infrastructure, developer platforms, and engineering leadership.
- Be the voice of the customer, surfacing pain points and feeding them into priorities and roadmaps.
- Define success metrics and adoption goals, gather and document customer requirements.
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure leads to build plans, call out risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Own program health, track milestones, surface blockers, and keep decision-makers in the loop.
- Use technical background to ask sharp questions and build plans the team believes in.
- Share in the team's release oncall rotation.

- Bonus: experience building or shipping AI-native or agentic workflows.
- Strong track record leading cross-functional programs with real dependencies and tight timelines.
- Experience owning customer relationships across engineering teams, gathering requirements, and translating needs into roadmaps and technical specs.
- Ability to glean insights from usage and productivity data.
- Comfortable defining and tracking success metrics and adoption.
- Clear communicator across the stack, from engineer to VP.
