Solution Specialist, AI Runtime Services

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI, delivering a platform for AI workloads. This role is a market-maker for new AI runtime services (Inference and Sandboxes), driving initial adoption with early customers and industries.

• Own commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in AI runtime infrastructure.
• Drive new business opportunities where inference latency, throughput, or operational complexity are barriers.
• Develop deep expertise in AI runtime landscape (model serving, execution scheduling, containerized workloads).
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback for the AI Runtime Services roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives.
• Engage with enterprise and research buyers on runtime performance tradeoffs.
• Design commercial frameworks for large-scale deployment deals.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams.

• 10+ years in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or production AI engineering.
• 5+ years with AI runtime systems (model serving, inference optimization, containerized workloads).
• Deep knowledge of serving frameworks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton), batching, GPU memory management.
• Experience with sandboxed/isolated execution environments.
• Understanding of GPU memory hierarchies and model parallelism.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native runtime orchestration.
• Ability to benchmark and position runtime performance.

Base salary range $207,000 - $275,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
